Meta (formerly Facebook) conducted an extensive study on the impact of digital technologies on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Australia. This research included a survey of 1,250 SME owners and managers from various regions and industries across the country. Additionally, the research team held in-depth, one-on-one virtual interviews with six Australian SME executives to gain deeper insights into their digital transformation journeys. OzTea was proudly selected as one of the companies featured in these interviews, showcasing how we leverage digital technologies to overcome challenges and drive business growth. OzTea’s Borage Blend earned a Bronze Medal at the Golden Leaf Awards 2022, Australia’s premier tea competition. This event, which welcomes global participation, saw a record-breaking 540 entries that year. With categories featuring over 80 competitors, the judging panel—comprising tea blenders, sommeliers, baristas, and food critics—evaluated the finest blends, and we are proud that our Borage Blend stood out.
