This relaxation blend contains chamomile, cinnamon chips, rooibos, valerian, lemon peel and sweet lemon balm. Some people prefer to have a hot drink at night without the caffeine. The calming effect of these herbs may also be helpful for relief of stress, restlessness, and insomnia.

Ingredients:
– Chamomile
– Cinnamon Chips
– Rooibos
– Valerian
– Lemon Peel
– Sweet Lemon Balm

Brewing Instructions:
Steep at 100C for 3-5 minutes
